A spacious and luxury holiday home that accommodates up to 8 people in three bedrooms. The ideal constellation is 4 adults and 4 children. The main bedrooms and living room have a wide-open view over the river Dnepr. From your kingsize bed, you can see the sunrise over the river Dnepr. The children’s bedroom has two bunk beds, which will make for a great adventure for the kids. Since we put full-size beds into this room, it could potentially also fit 4 adults if they don’t mind sharing a room.

Included in this holiday home rental:

• Parking.
• Wi-Fi.
• Kitchen with all necessary equipment; electric stove, oven with microwave function, refrigerator with freezer compartment, double dishwasher, coffee maker, and all necessary accessories for cooking and serving twelve people (if you rent the Family Burrow together with the Friends Burrow, you can have dinner in the Family Burrow without dragging cutlery from one house to the other).
• A system for drinking water purification. You can drink water directly from the tap. We urge you not to take plastic water bottles as we want to try and minimize plastic garbage.
• Home cinema for movie nights.
• Bedroom 1 – 15 m² equipped with a king-size bed with panoramic window overlooking the river; with access to its own covered terrace. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower.
• Bedroom 2 – 14 m² equipped with a king-size bed with panoramic window overlooking the river and connected terrace.
• Bedroom 3 – 8 m² equipped with two bunk beds with full-size mattresses, sleeping four children or adults if they don’t mind sharing a room.
• One extra bathroom with a shower.
• Washing machine.
• Fireplace inside the house with a certain supply of firewood.
• Board games for long and fun-filled evenings.
• One open terrace of 22m², which is directly connected to the house.
• Big and partially covered terrace with an outside dining table, family BBQ, and serving area with a fridge.
• Closer to the river you find a chan and sauna area (extra costs linked to the usage of the chan and sauna).
• Shared beach area by the water, with the opportunity to play football, badminton, go swimming, etc.
